Our service
The accident prevention regulations (UVV for short) impose certain obligations on every company covered by statutory accident insurance with regard to occupational health and safety. These regulations stipulate that all commercially used vehicles, such as forklift trucks, pedestrian stackers and mobile cranes, must undergo an annual UVV inspection.
In addition, the UVV is independent of the main inspection in accordance with § 29 StVZO. The purpose of the UVV inspection is to guarantee drivers and operators the necessary protection against accidents caused by the technical systems installed in the vehicles.
What is checked, among other things?
Our service
In accordance with DGUV regulation 79 “Use of liquefied petroleum gas”, the employer must ensure that vehicle propellant gas systems are checked at regular intervals (but at least once a year) for leaks, proper condition, function and functionality of the safety equipment. In addition, the carbon monoxide content in the exhaust gas must be checked periodically (at least every six months) by an expert and reduced to the lowest achievable value. Every vehicle operator must therefore complete this test.
But don’t worry, you don’t need to make another appointment for this test. We will carry out the gas test in conjunction with the UVV test or the routine inspection. This allows you to have all tests carried out by us without any further effort. Marcus Transport saves you time and money.
At the end of the gas test, we will issue you with a certificate of the test, which will be kept in the test logbook for the vehicle.
